    INGREDIENTS:

    1 kg pork leg
    1 celery
    1 onion
    1 clove of garlic
    1 carrot
    Juice from 3 oranges
    Sliced orange
    1 glass of white wine
    200gr meat stock
    Salt
    Pepper
    250gr cranberries
    10 green pepper grains
    70ml olive oil

    DIRECTIONS:
Cut the meat in big pieces and put in the frying pan until it browns on all sides. Use a pot to sauté the chopped vegetables, add the meat and continue to sauté. Whisk in the orange juice and the wine. Let the alcohol evaporate, pour the meat stock, add salt and the pepper grains and boil on a low fire for about an hour. Add the cranberries and let it boil for another 15 minutes. You can serve it with mash potatoes or rice and garnish with orange slices.

    WINE SUGGESTION:
A special recipe from chef Kossivakis full of flavours and rich texture. A white barrel fermented or aged wine from local varieties as Assyrtiko or Vidiano and international styles such as Chardonnay will perfectly complement this delicious dish.
