The incredible vineyard of Santorini and its unique PDO Santorini wines from Assyrtiko grape is the subject of a seminar organised at the BLT Fish Restaurant (23 March 2011). A walk around tasting of PDO Santorini will follow. The main speaker is Dr. Yannis Paraskevopoulos, a famous Greek oenologist who will be accompanied by oenologists from Santorini island.
