Educational seminar about the new wines of Greece, by Steven Olson, is taking place at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), in North New York. This seminar is addressed to the students of this historical educational institution (CIA). Wines from Greece’s flagship grape varieties (Assyrtiko, Moschofilero, Agiorgitiko, Xinomavro) will be tasted, as well as wines from up-and-coming greek grape varieties, dessert wines, award winning wines and eco-friendly wines from Greece.
