Add the cranberries and let it boil for another 15 minutes. You can serve it with mash potatoes or rice and garnish with orange slices.
WINE SUGGESTION:
A special recipe from chef Kossivakis full of flavours and rich texture. A white barrel fermented or aged wine from local varieties as Assyrtiko or Vidiano and international styles such as Chardonnay will perfectly complement this delicious dish.
